This is a visual load on the eyes, and staying in a room with increased electromagnetic radiation, and allergens. As you can see, there are many such factors.

In the first place there are several ailments at once – these are lobes in the back, arthritis of the joints and physical inactivity. At first, they may not bother a person much, but over time, if he does not change anything in his lifestyle, they can significantly and negatively affect his health.

Unfortunately, not everyone has heard of such a disease, which doctors call carpal tunnel syndrome. It usually manifests itself in people who work with a computer mouse for more than four hours without a break all the time. The symptoms of this disease are as follows – pain in the hand, a feeling of numbness in the fingers. If you do not pay attention to this and do not engage in treatment, then gradually this can lead to complete numbness of the hand and, of course, disability.

Eye diseases are also very common among office workers. As a rule, people who work at the monitor for a long time complain of dryness in the eyes, sensations of sand or a foreign body in them, decreased vision, and rapid eye fatigue. It is clear that such an increased load on the eyes does not pass without a trace – a person may develop myopia. And if it has already been, then it may well begin to progress, which is also very bad.

Office workers also face varicose veins in their legs. This, again, is due to the constant sitting position of the body and low mobility. By the way, in addition to varicose veins, quite often office employees also develop thrombophlebitis and inflammation of the veins.

Do not discount the cardiovascular diseases and diseases of the nervous system, which are also susceptible to people who constantly work in the office. Mental and visual stress, overstrain, stress, malnutrition, lack of oxygen in a closed room, fatigue – all this leads to the fact that people have insomnia, depression and irritability. And this, in turn, causes heart disease, many of which are fatal to humans.

But what should be done by those who, due to their work, sit at the office for a long time at the computer?? How can they avoid these diseases?? Of course, they need to be prevented. Try to take small breaks at work, change the position of your body, do eye exercises. In the evenings or on weekends, go to the gym, go out into nature, walk in the park or square. Do not overeat – excess weight with a sedentary lifestyle accumulates very quickly, and is removed very badly.

Outside of work, chat with friends, go to the cinema, theaters and cafes, and do not sit at home at the computer. As you can see, preventive measures are not that difficult to implement, so don’t forget about them. And then you will surely be healthy.
