It seems useful to provide for two stages in the development of the construction of buildings from large brick blocks. The projects adopted a rectangular configuration of houses. This facilitates the blocking of buildings during quarterly development and provides good ventilation of the quarters. Compared to houses with corner sections, a rectangular configuration will significantly improve the use of cranes on the construction site and the operation of transport. The series consists of seven projects of five -story houses – two -section for 40 apartments and three -section for 58 apartments.
