The village of Mizikevich can already be famous throughout Ukraine in the near future, because it is on its territory that the construction of a giant residential complex is planned. Recall for everyone who has not heard about this village that it is located in the territory of the Ovidiopolsky district, in the Odessa region. The construction of a residential complex for 50 thousand people is planned here, while for a given period of time the number of villagers does not exceed two thousand.
All planned new buildings are planned to be located directly between the Ovidopol highway, the city airport and the cemetery. The construction of a new housing array is provided for by the previously adopted master plan regarding the development of the village.
A month earlier, the boundaries of the village of Mizikevicha were expanded by 466 hectares, by joining agricultural land. The construction of a housing estate on this territory will significantly increase the cost of land plots until the moratorium on sales of land plots is in effect. The market value should increase significantly.
